Managing all aspects of the processing operations;
Coordinating work flow between all plant departments;
Managing the cost control efforts and meeting the annual budget;
Continuous Improvement of process efficiencies, safety, quality and food safety.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5+ years of experience in a successful supervisory or management role within a food processing facility;
Proven skills developing and motivating salaried and hourly employees;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
Ability to work overtime or weekends when required.
